-International and Turkish applicants are invited to participate  in all IARS activities. All applicants should apply properly using the correct application form and other documents (if required) prepared for the international and national applications.  The forms are made available sufficiently before the activity in the webpages of the relevant subgroup in the 2009-2012 Program.
-Information about the institutes hosting IARS activities and how to reach them can be found in the home page of IARS but also in the pages of each activity in the 2009-2012 Program.
-Local expenses of the international participants participating in IARS activities organized at ITAP may be partially supported during their training at ITAP (not including their travel expenses and partially supporting their local expenses). Emphasis will be given to those applicants from developing nations. International applicants should inquire about the local expenses from the corresponding contact person among the organizers of that specific activity. Information about the contact person can be found in the relevant 2009-2012 Program pages of the subgroups.

-National Applicants' local expenses are covered by the IARS project. Their travel expenses are expected to be covered by the national participants themselves. Also beware of additional documents to the application form for national applicants.

-In IARS activities, the participants agree, by default, in the application form to attend the full period of the applied activity. Partial attendees are not tolerated.
